I took my kids to an outdoor swimming pool today. Guess what, I SWAM. I got in a bathing suit and my little shorts that go over them and I swam and went down the water slide, the WHOLE Nine-yards. I had a blast!!! In a swim suit!!!! My two yr old kept me hopping from baby pool to big pool to water slide and I had the energy, the stamina and the desire to go. Last yr I fought my kids all summer that I didn't want to go swimming! This yr, it was MY idea. No I didn't look like a model in my swimsuit and it was same one from last yr, but man did I enjoy myself.

Yesterday my NSV was that we recently moved and I just found a fun little park for my 2 yr old to play at. While we were there, I did my normal, sat at a picnic table while that wild little man ran and played and jumped. Finally he came over to me and said "play, play" I got up and climbed the ladder to the playland and laughed - 60lb's ago I wouldn't have been able to climb the ladder, then the best part... I went down the slide and my BUTT FIT!!! Did you hear that, my size 14 butt fit in the slide - again, my size 20 butt wouldn't have!! This was sooo much fun, I got on the swing next to him for a while, I did the slide again, we had a blast! This was worth every penny I spent on my band!!!
