I called about 10 people on Dr. Aceves’s referral list. Every one that I spoke to had a VERY good experience! Dr. A was so highly recommended, one gal I spoke to had the band herself, then her husband went, then her sister-in-law, and when I called her she was on the van headed down to Mexicali with her daughter and 3 other gals to have the band.

I had tried every possible place I could think of to get financing for the Band in the US. When I decided on Dr. Aceves, I applied for funding with 2 of the companies he had listed on his website www.mexicolapband.com . Within hours I had heard back that I was approved by both companies. I called Nina at Dr. A’s office and set a date of January 19, 2007. I needed to wait for my new years flex dollars to start and that was the only reason I waited that long.
